Candle Care

  • To ensure a clean and even burn, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use. This prevents soot and extends the life of your candle. Use a wick trimmer or scissors to carefully cut the wick when the candle is cool.

  • To avoid tunneling, allow your candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the surface, reaching the edges of the container. This usually takes 1-2 hours per inch of the candle’s diameter during each use. Avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Soot can be caused by a wick that is too long or by burning the candle in a drafty area. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch, ensure the candle is in a stable location away from drafts, and keep it free from debris. If soot persists, discontinue use and contact us for assistance.

  • Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This helps prevent discoloration, melting, or other damage. Keep the candles covered to protect the scent and ensure they remain in optimal condition.

Returns & Refunds

  • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns.

    However, customer service is our TOP priority so please contact info@igniteyourpeace.com if you have any problems with your order, and we will work to rectify the situation until you are satisfied.

    Please note Ignite Your Peace is not at fault for lost or stolen packages once marked “DELIVERED”. Please utilize “tracking app” to receive up to date delivery notifications.

  • If your item(s) are damaged or defective, we will replace any damaged or defective product within 14 days of delivery.

  • $5.00 flat rate shipping on all orders under $50, with free shipping on orders over $50.

    For bulk candle favors, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your region.

The Ignite Your Peace mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Ignite Your Peace (“Ignite Your Peace”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Ignite Your Peace’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Ignite Your Peace through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Ignite Your Peace. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18445471064 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Ignite Your Peace mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
